Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we’ve made our returns process as simple as possible. Below is our updated 14-day returns policy to help guide you through the process.

14-Day Returns Policy

  • You can return products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition that allows us to resell them as new.

Change of Mind

  • If you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily collect the item and offer you a full refund.

Faulty Items

  • If your item is faulty, we’ll arrange a free collection and offer an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bespoke items (e.g., custom-sized beds and higher headboards) are non-returnable.

  • Accessories are also non-returnable.

 

Shipping Policy

We use third-party delivery companies to fulfill our orders. Once your goods are handed over to them, they will schedule the delivery and contact you 24 to 48 hours in advance with a confirmed delivery date and time slot.

  • All orders typically have a standard delivery window of 7-10 days, though many items are delivered sooner than expected.

  • We deliver every day of the week, including weekends, with delivery times between 7 am and 8 pm, Monday to Sunday.

  • Please ensure you provide an up-to-date mobile phone number at checkout. Delivery information, including your confirmed delivery date and time slot, will be sent via text message 24-48 hours before delivery, allowing you to prepare.

  • If you cannot accept the delivery at the scheduled time, please notify us within 3 hours of receiving your confirmation text. Failure to do so may result in the goods being returned to the depot, and additional delivery charges will apply for a reattempt.

  • Our logistics partner offers a specialist delivery service. Their professional teams handle your items with care and attention. Goods will be delivered to the entrance of your property, and unfortunately, we cannot take items into specific rooms. If you live in a flat, delivery will be made to the ground floor.

Please note that some areas may incur additional delivery charges, which will be automatically added at checkout if applicable. Currently, we are delivering to Manchester and within a 20-mile radius.

 

Warranty Policy

1-Year Guarantee & Warranty Periods

All our products come with a 1-year guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. If you believe there is a fault with your bed, please contact us with your order number.

Our 1-year guarantee covers faulty materials or workmanship on all TBF bed products. This does not apply to clearance items or items used with an unapproved base or mattress. If any bed or mattress is found to fault within the first year, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Terms and Conditions

The guarantee and warranty will not apply in the following cases:

  • The product has been soiled, stained, or damaged in any way.

  • The product has been accidentally damaged after delivery.

  • The product has been misused, such as being jumped on or subjected to improper use.

  • The mattress has been bent or folded, causing damage to the spring set.

  • Wardrobe Warranty: The warranty does not cover a wardrobe that has been overloaded or filled beyond its capacity, causing dislocation or damage.

  • Water Damage: Any damage caused by water seepage or exposure to moisture, leading to product damage, is not covered under the warranty.

  • Glass Products: Glass items are not covered by our warranty, as they are fragile and may be subject to breakage under certain conditions.

Additional Information

  • If a bed cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer you the option to choose an alternative product. You must pay the difference if the replacement is more expensive than the original.

  • The guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required.

  • The guarantee applies only within our usual delivery areas in the Manchester area and a 20-mile radius.

Technical Visits

  • If your product is outside the warranty terms or you are experiencing issues that are not covered, we can arrange a technical visit to fix the problem. Please note that the charge for a technical visit is £80.

  • Technical visits are only available within the Manchester area and a 20-mile radius.

Your Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty. TBF always honours your legal rights under UK law.
